The unmarried governess Käthe Scherrer is known as a “Bluestocking”, being too educated for the male world of 1910. But it is precisely her curiosity that leads to an unexpected encounter.
With this shortfilm Andreas Dahn went back to his roots as an independent filmmaker, doing camera work, directing and editing himself. He co-wrote the screenplay with main actress / producer Katharina Ingwersen. The story is inspired by the life of her great-grandmother.
